      Unfortunately, on the way from Slovakia, the envelope had been torn open and re-taped by the time we received this. Nobodies fault. Opening the brooch box, we found one of the stones had broken off the main brooch. We contacted the seller and sent her photos of what happened and she immediately offered to either refund us or send us another similar brooch. We choose the refund and she did so immediately. So five stars for customer service and customer satisfaction!
