    Item was found broken when I received and opened the packaged at the UPS counter. I refused the item, as it was not what I purchased . The item looked very brittle. Not as sturdy as it appears in photo and BROKEN. Seller promised to replace the earring with another if I withdrew my complaint/request for refund. The request for a refund was withdrawn, but the seller refused to honor the agreement which was was ship to me a pair of earring of like value to replace the broken pair.

So I tried to return it, but the return shipping to India is $50, so the seller found a convenient way to not get returns by simply making it impossible.
