    Terrible service and follow through. Order small package of packing material to arrive by weekend. That's 4 days. They prepared it 6/3/25 in the evening but still had not shipped it by 3:30pm on 6/4/25. They then simply cancelled my order w/o asking. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. NEVER again. How hard to ship something from North Carolina to NY in 4 days. If they only took the time but I guess the $20 wasn't worth their time. That's the problem with too many companies.

    I told yostr I would drop his shipment off at the post office today, June 4. If personally taking his order to the post office is poor customer service, then guilty as changed. It doesn't matter if the shipment is at the post office at 8AM or 5PM, mail doesn't move until the end of the day. I was doing all I could do until your ultimatum. YOSTR: If it doesn't arrive by Saturday, I'll simply have to return it.
