    Unprofessional and misleading. I placed separate orders and received items that were clearly not as described — two defective, most in much worse condition than shown. The seller falsely advertised them as "very good." When I raised concerns, they demanded everything back, even working items from other orders. Totally unacceptable. Feels dishonest — avoid this seller.
