    the product ordered from the seller was shipped, recieved and has defect. I notified the seller, and the seller reached back out to make good on the product. wanted me to do a return ticket to begin the process of a return on a 42dollar purchase... I the buyer, decided not to mess with it further as all this takes time and effort of which I don't have a lot of... so. the seller appears earnest to fix the product, but I decided to drop the effort and take the hit. takeaway -no fault to seller.

    UPS screwed delivery up by trying to cooperate with USPS who failed to deliver the item. This seller was excellent with communication and service. Seller lost money and I did not receive item. This same UPS/USPS failure has happened to me with other transactions. Very Unfortunate. Seller is AAA+++
