    Effective and easily installed

    The cameras were really easy to set up. The motion detection features work well. The cameras are nice. The video quality is good, despite these not being 4K. Infared sensors provide excellent detail in the dark. Alerts are very fast, but there is a lag when you try to access one of cameras or playback recordings. It takes some time to retrieve images from the cloud. The Arlo app is intuitive and easy to use. The only change I recommend would be to relocate the siren icon so that isn’t so close to the icon you use to expand camera images to full screen and back. I’m worried I’ll accidentally activate the siren with my fat fingers.

    Terrific value and clear videos!

    Clear videos! I have these cameras at my house in Florida and when I'm away for the summer, I can easily see what's going on. I just purchased these cameras for my summer house and now I'll be able to monitor things when I'm away. A drawback is that the camera's batteries will run down quickly if there are a lot of cars going by on a busy street, however, this can be resolved by purchasing a long cord that plugs into an electrical outlet. Problem resolved. Arlo is a terrific value and the free 7-day video archive suites my needs just fine!

    Holy WiFi excellence!

    It's WiFi, how good can it be compared to wired? Aside from a delay, it's just as comparable! Great image quality, great streaming quality, remotely viewable, cloud or local storage, and it's wireless! The videos online aren't a lie! The base station is lighter and slightly smaller than the external HDD I have hooked up to it.
