Seller messed up description and price. Paid for it only to get a message saying I was wrong. And that they didn't ship from NY to N. Carolina anyway!. It is too far! Which is not true! And the description is not clear at all. What they said it was, is not what they wrote. Thus, the no shipping to N. Carolina comment. So, I just had to take the money back. I will cut them a break with Neutral. Maybe wouldn't have minded the mistake, until they decided to lie to me! To cover up the mistake.
