One small gash on the front, but even if I was concerned about aesthetics it was fine. The HDD that it comes with was old, but also functional. Recommend replacing that with at least a 2.5" SSD. It has an M.2 slot under the drive cage that works well. Not sure of the status of internal wifi card but came with cheap dongle that should be good enough if that doesn't work.

Strange because HDD worked and I could see the Windows install on a different computer. But anyways it was supposed to come with Win10 Home but when I installed from a regular Win11 USB bootable Microsoft lets you create for free, it needed no key. Just Installed Win11 Pro on the thing. From motherboard ID I suppose. Also Wifi card worked so no need for dongle.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
