Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. What was bad was EBAY promised a $5 discoiunt for anythng I pjurchased and it would be applied when I piurchased something,. They did not pay the $5. The good news is I would reorder the product and do it confidently from this vendor. I just woukd not trust EBAY on any cimmitments they make.
