When the bag came in, it was smaller than I expected no problem that’s my fault. But, the sellers return policy was different than what was listed in the eBay section of the return policy. It was buried in the description. The return policy is prominently displayed under a bold red header in the largest font size available. Additionally, the customer is misrepresenting the restocking fee. We apply an open item fee, as we cannot resell returned items as new if their sealed packaging has been opened. The item’s size is clearly listed in two separate sections of the description, making the customer’s expectation of a larger size unreasonable.
