    I purchased three pieces of vintage art in marble frames from this seller. Unfortunately, the seller used sticky packing tape to wrap all three paintings and let it drape over onto the paintings as shown in the picture where I'm lifting it off. This pulled off some of the stone and paint from the picture and left a gummy, nasty residue on the marble frames. I reached out to the seller but the only response was that I could return it. I won't buy from this seller again and do not recommend them.

    I. made every effort to resolve the buyer's concerns by offering both a full refund and a partial refund if they chose to keep the item. However, despite my willingness to work with them, they still left negative feedback.
