Seller first tried to claim Amazon had delivered and claimed proof which he never showed. Order status had a UPS number which had been delivered elsewhere in my city. Further unsubstantiated delivery assertions followed. Opened a case with ebay. Seller said would ship UPS immediately with UPS tracking number to follow in 2-4 days -- weird. Item arrived via Amazon. Difficult and frustrating seller.
