When we tried to use the cartridges, our printer displayed a “chip error” message and would not accept them. The seller was very reasonable and quickly refunded our money and didn’t even require the return of the cartridges. He stated he would not sell anymore of these types of cartridges until this issue is resolved with his supplier. We believe he acted honorably and would buy again, when this is resolved with the supplier.
