The packing used multiple layers of protection. First sandwiched between pieces corrugated cardboard, then wrapped with cling wrap, then in poly bag, and last in chipboard mailer. TINY SAVINGS. They responded immediately to my email complaint and explained they put in hard plastic and sleeves to protect. They refunded $2.22. It arrived quick, VERY well protected, (see pics), cool QSL cards. Have bought from twice. Contact them first for a shipping price if that is a sticking point for you.
