I called Fedex to try to resolve the problem to make sure that when the package came it got delivered on my porch. It did not we got rain that week and I was out of town that day. The recliner got soaking wet. The shipper was willing to send me another one. No questions ask I would definitely buy from the seller, with no hesitation, a fantastic person.
