My only issue is that it was sent USPS which 1) in our area is less than reliable (outside Atlanta). 2) this is a 8x10" gel plate in a plastic package. It came in a big mailing envelope and the mail person just shoved it into the mailbox and had to bend it to get it in the box. 3) not negative ding to the sellers but I would suggest a choice of shipping. options so I don't have to use USPS.

    Works Great

    I have osteoporosis and need a gel to use everyday and was using the roll on which works great also but the 32 oz. bottle does lg areas and doesn't burn your hands and washes off your hands and doesn't leave an odor. I'm glad I purchased this item. Works great for me.

    Best pain lotion I

    Biofreeze Professional Pain Reliever

    This is a great way to buy this product. You are getting the Professional version (Menthol = 5%) which is stronger than the normal version. Works very well to relieve local muscular pain and odor tends to faded pretty much away.

    It just plain works for pain
