      Shipping cost was a bit high, but total price was around what you'd pay for Magnesium Malate supplements on eBay. Saw some on sale for less locally, but they were sold out. Please note size of pill/capsule is around 1 inch. Okay for me, but some might have a problem swallowing & serving is 3 pills. Plastic tamper seal around cap arrived broken, but inside seal was fine so not a big deal. I uploaded pictures of bottle labels and pill, hope that helps potential buyers.

      REALLY WORKS!!

      I bought this because I was told it might help with Restless Leg Syndrome and help me to sleep and it has!! I don't seem to get the RLS as much now and I also sleep better at night so for me this really works.

      Magnesium Malate

      I can't rate these. I have no idea how these worked for me because they are so HUGE that I can't swallow them. A description of the size woudl have been helpful in the listing. Why do they have to make them so gigantic? I'd much rather take 2 or 3 small ones than try to choke down this size. Jane

      Good type of magnesium
