USPS mishandled the package and then delayed delivery for 2 days causing many of the adults to die. Completely USPS fault and not the seller. Phyota was great and offered a replacement if needed. I suggested to wait and see. Its been 10 days, and the culture is recovering nicely so I didnt need the replacement. Im impressed by the sellers communication and offer. They are fantastic!

Five day shipping from IL to TX and it was below 40° at times but both springtail cultures arrived absolutely PACKED with springtails. Im super stoked. They were packed very well and honestly there were so many springtails that my expectations were blown away. The price is very reasonable. I bought a starter colony from another company and it wasnt nearly as loaded. I get that this isnt a starter colony but still… it is absolutely PACKED. Buy the springtail food tooSpringtails and Springtail Food TX Isopods (#286317778200)

I ordered these immediately after that and they are alive and thriving! I was shocked at how many were in the container especially in comparison to what I received from a different company. I had enough for both tanks and enough to keep for a separate culture. Definitely exactly as advertised!
