    good for the money and seems good quality.

    The wires are color correct and the length is fine. I had to make the hole in the control larger because to old switch was smaller in diameter. probable due to the age of the unit I was replacing. my control was around 1987 so it's old. It seems to work fine but of course it's too early to tell long term.
