I simply reached out to the seller (in a nice/professional manner) after I won the auction. I went ahead and paid anyways. For such small items, the shipping for USPS Ground is only around $5 (vs. $20). The seller took offense to my question, fussed me out and refunded my payment. I still wanted the items and would have paid the shipping if that was my only choose. I simply just asked.
