    listed as Old stock and new with defects. Buyer's pictures prove that they are consistent with my selling pictures.Just say 2 things: 1. The buyer was very rude from the beginning. Even when the mailing record showed that the package had been successfully delivered, he was still arguing that he had not received it. 2. The buyer requested a refund, but I asked him to follow eBay's return procedures to return the item for a full refund, and then he left this negative comment.
