ONLY PRBLEM WAS ONE OF THE BATTERIES I ORDERED WAS THE BOX WAS DESTROYED IN SHIPPING AND THE HARDWARE WAS MISSING, BATTERY WAS OK. I FINISHED UNBOXING IT TO FIND THE HARDWARE AND PAPERWORK MISSING AND TO INSPECT THE BATTERY. I ASKED SELLER IF THEY WOULD POSSIBLE SEND ME JUST THE HARDWARE. I WASNT STEELING OR LYING TO THEM AND WANTED PICTURES. I DID NOT RESPOND AND WENT AND BOUGHT NEW ONES. COST ME AN HOUR AND ABOUT 5 DOLLARS AND GAS. OTHERWISE HAPPY

UPS indicated it was delivered when it wasn't. I phoned Renogy and they were responsive, asked for a couple photos of the incorrect package that UPS delivered and are working to replace the wayward package. A+++ Customer service.
