The bike was vulnerable during shipping due to lack of any disassembly by the seller, which also raised the shipping price. I wasn't made aware that it would ship "totally assembled" until after it was already "shipped un-tracked". These bikes should have the pedals removed/seat & handlebars lowered, prior to being put in a box, to protect fork and crank. Luckily, it appears not to have sustained any damage.
