The heater was as described, but it was very poorly packed and I believed, as a result the igniter was damaged and did not work. We went around a bit and they resolved it all to my satisfaction. If I was to offer any suggestion it would be to ask these folks to pack your order with care. The shipment was free however they failed to check the shipment before sending it out. They only sent me one window and refuse to refund the window that they didn’t send then I asked them to send the other windowand expedite it, and they told me they was not going to expedite it when they made the mistake. The customer service was poor and I would not buy anything from the seller again.
