    BUYER BEWARE! Item should have 3 cooling plates. Item I received has one (1) cooling plate. Neck air conditioners cost more with more cooling plates. Buyer did apologize and offered full refund but I would have to package the item and take to a Post Office. I was already inconvenienced with the wrong item. Request a $10 refund for a quick resolve. Buyer refused. I could have bought from another seller for about $40. Requesting a $10 was fair. Buyer refused again. Horrible Customer Service.
