My only issue is the seller states there is a 3 yr. warranty and unless the seller is an authorized Seiko retail seller AND THEY fillout the warranty card in the back of the warranty booklet, the warranty is void. The watch is definately new and comes with the box and tool (for bracelet) and booklets and tags needed.
