      The seller did not pay the correct shipping amount so I had to pay at he post office to pick it up. I asked the seller, and they declined to do so. They just said, take it up with eBay. I would discourage someone from purchasing from this seller or plan on paying more than the agreed-upon price.

      Seller was instructed to open a case with Ebay. Seller did not but continued to request I issue a partial refund which Ebay does NOT allow. I communicated this as much and also verified with the USPS tracking number that they stated it was undeliverable. Nothing was written about extra postage needed. I did in fact pay for more postage out of my own pocket myself to intially send it to purchaser as I had not put enough postage on the listing. Again, purchaser did not open a case with Ebay.
