When I ordered this item, I thought it was actual collectable stamps, not a reference book on stamps, or catalog for expensive items. My Mistake. I did receive the item I ordered. I got it when promised but did recognize that it was what I ordered. After a time, I overreacted and blamed the seller for my error. Please accept my apology. I will return itrm if you will tell How. Once again Sorry . Bob Dunham

eBay tracking showed delivery on 12/24. Customer didn’t let me know their concern before providing feedback. Understandably customer was frustrated and possibly a USPS misdelivery during the holidays. Working with valued customer to assure full satisfaction and resolve feedback which is how I’d like to be treated.
