    Listing was deceptive and the worst plant shipment I’ve ever received. The photo showed a full, healthy plant, but I received a chopped-up vine with barely any leaves, with some already rotting. It was rolled in two paper envelopes with plastic wrapped around the root ball, no padding at all, and arrived humid and deteriorating. The seller ignored my message until I opened a return request, then offered a partial refund before eventually issuing a full one. The entire experience felt dishonest.
