    A single pill, a small one at that, only once a day... plus it really works to alleviate my ankle pain. Very hard to not give it 5 stars. This product also is USP verified to contain the advertised ingredients in the advertised ratios.

    I really dislike reviewing supplements. I can say this is a small and easy to take pill. There is no aftertaste. Do I know if it works? No, I do not, which is why I don't like reviewing these. Everyones chemical makeup is different so what might work for me may not work for you. I am taking this for my knee. I was told years ago I needed replacement. I declined. Collagen is good for the joints which is my reason for taking. I will not drink bone broth or anything like it. I am also doing other things re: my knee, so which is working I cannot say for sure, but something is. There is nothing "bad" I can say about it.
