    Possibly the best service experience I’ve had in 25 yrs on eBay - seller modeled ideal post-sale communication. Unfortunately, FedEx dropped the well-packed box hard enough to shatter a crucial metal part. Seller inspected and swapped out. I was lucky seller was coming to my area and was willing to stop in to personally inspect and make me whole. But I suspect remote service would have been the highest caliber as well.
