I was able to message seller and they acted quickly and i got my item in the mail. The packaging ad awful from transportation BUT the item inside was in tip top shape. I got it at a good price and they were amazing thanks guys after the blizzard here in Nebraska I will be installing. Seller did offer a $15 refund, but considering I now have a $150 product I can’t use + the extra shipping to get it up to Alaska, that doesn’t quite cut it.
