    Chandelier was damaged the seller cannot replace the damaged piece. The chandelier came in an Amazon box when I looked on Amazon the same chandelier was 50 dollars cheaper I asked the seller to refund 50 dollars he said he couldn't refund the money he said I have to return the chandelier for a full refund but he has failed to provide shipping instructions. The seller had 100 percent rating so I felt I would be OK using him. Amazon box and I paid 50 dollars more with this seller
