THE PART WAS INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT Further-evidence in pic sent by buyer show the items were unpacked somewhere after we shipped. Ebay resolved in sellers favor.

Asked for a partial refund of $25 which the body shop that's painting the fender said it would cost to fix defects. The box came with handle bars sticking outside the box. They said they would refund $25.00 but they are trying to get FEDX to pay for their defective part. NOT A VERY HONEST way of doing business.
