      This item seems brand new and off the shelf of a retailer. Packaging could use some bubble wrap, but the item arrived completely intact with no cosmetic or other damage. Appearance is as advertised on the listing. The Value is better than the others that sell these, at about $20 less than the closest offering. Finally, quality is as advertised, if not exceeding my expectations due to the shrink wrap not being as visible on the listing's pictures.
