    Packaged well. Base unit clean for being previously used. Nice long power cord. Very quiet when operating. Blends better than my regular vitamix blender does. The pulse feature seems more efficient too. Presuming due to being a commercial blender, as compared to a residential model. I had a refurbished vitamix blender (old Starbucks frap blender) last decade. This one blows that one away. And, seller sent me a brand new blender jar too. Very satisfied with this purchase.
