When I messaged the seller, claims it's been posted however only the label was bought, Item was actually posted on 27th, then shows item will get delivered 31st. Still doesn't come on 31st and ends up coming on the 1st. Ordered this well in advance for a job. Should've just gone to the dealership instead. Never again with this seller. Not helpful at all when messaged as well. Only reason buyer is unhappy is because they made a booking with a garage prior to ordering and unfortunately the item was delayed with the courier so it didn't arrive in time for their booking. This is not our fault. Delivery times shown on ebay are only an estimate and not a guarantee. Once an item is with a courier, we cannot control how quick it arrives. Not sure how we could have helped when messaged?
