        I contacted the seller regarding damage to the box that wasn't disclosed. Seller said I could return the item. I asked how to go about doing the return. After 13 days with no reply I messaged asking for a slight discount due to the damage instead. I still didn't hear anything. I waited an additional 12 days and reached out again. Still nothing after 27 days. The set is fairly expensive and it is really disappointing they disappeared after seeming to initially be willing to work with me.
