    Packaging and installation very good. All controls work. Manual is clear. CON 1: Max sound volume from satellite speakers is very weak. Otherwise, sound is good. CON 2: eARC [via HDMI] cancells out my existing head phones, the transmitter of which, is connected seperately by optical cable. HELP! Please send me contact details for technical HITENSE support. THANKS
