The buyer was informed about the situation and a refund of £9 was issued along with an explanatory email. Unfortunately, the buyer showed a lack of understanding or empathy regarding the situation. While I did everything possible to communicate clearly and resolve the matter, it seems the buyer’s approach lacked basic human compassion. In any case, the refund has been processed, and I consider the matter closed.
