My neutral feedback is because the case took 2 weeks to arrive, despite being marked as a "2-4 day shipping" item from the next state over. I don't want to give this seller negative feedback, because I'm not sure why it took so long to arrive and the seller was very nice and communicative when I messaged them about it.
