They were unable to ship with the correct ram amount but we agreed to a different price in place. It did not come with the front bezel however despite the listing description. They stopped responding after I let them know it was supposed to be included based on their listing. The server works, and it was packed very well and it shipped quickly. They really need to optimize how they list equipment so this doesn't happen.
