The ladder was also described as maple, the wood used did not look to be maple, which is probably part of why it broke in transit. The seller did not reply to my messages and eBay had to be engaged to resolve. If a customer receives a damaged ladder, we will immediately give refund PLUS let them keep everything so they dont have to go through the time & trouble of returning anything. Or we will send them another ladder if thats what they want PLUS they still dont have to return anything. If a customer is not happy we will always do whatever they want
