They won't even answer any questions at all about their product unless it was purchased directly from Caretras! I found them to be hostile!! I do like the one I received from this seller even though Caretras implied it was counterfeit!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM CARETRAS DIRECTLY!! THEY ARE RATED THE BEST !! BUT DON'T DEAL WITH CARETRAS!!
