Despite packaging it arrived damaged. I blame FedEx for their handling of packages. Seller was courteous and was helpful in return process as I never returned something by FedEx before. So seller communication was excellent and I highly recommend them and hope to do business with them in the future. Hopefully they can file damage claim with FedEx as I supplied them photos.

While the description of the clock was mostly accurate, the movement appears to be a replacement movement rather than the original Howard Miller one.
