      Seller lied to me and persuaded me to change the reason of the return because the score of his store will be lower but now I am not able to change the reason of the return and I canceled it already because that was the seller advised me to do. Unbelievable. I want to return the items because of the poor quality and the misrepresentation of them on the pictures. The items I receive are a very poor quality, very very poor. I am having a hard time believing the seller lied to me like this.
