    This item (a bicycle) never arrived. The communication with the seller has been terrible as I did get a small box of dog food delivered with same tracking number and my address but not my name. Obviously a mistake at warehouse or shipping center. Instead of providing me a refund (which I have asked for) or sending me a different bicycle he told me to make sure the bicycle was not in the box too. This is crazy talk. I’d like a full refund ASAP as this experience has turned me off of eBay.
