It couldn’t be turned on, but with Peterson’s technical support, who gave me a schematic and a voltmeter, I found out that one voltage of the power supply was missing. I fixed it with a 7815 voltage regulator and the tuner is working great again! The packaging was also nice, so it didn’t get damaged during transit.
