The package clearly states that they are soft; but they are not at all as soft as the soft brush head that came packaged with the Sonicare toothbrush. Please, remember I am NOT at all disappointed or upset with the Seller. This is just advice for those looking for a very soft bristled toothbrush. Great Seller!
