    I received a defective device from a dishonest seller. I talked to the seller and he offered me a partial refund and I paid 150$ for the repair and he broke his promise to return a portion of the money, the price of the device became more than the value of the new device.( dishonest seller) I do not recommend it

    I offered the buyer a full return and refund, which they declined. I then proposed additional resolutions, but received no response. Occasionally, a pre-owned item may have an intermittent issue not detected in testing. I strive to resolve any concerns fairly, and provided several options in this case. Despite this, the buyer refused the return and did not engage further. A full return and refund is a fair solution—why it was declined, along with other resolutions, remains unclear.

    UA 4-710d

    The UA 4-710d is not a vintage tube amp in anyway. It uses modern surface mount technology. The tubes are modern as well and changing the tubes to RCA NOS or Euro equivalents won’t make much difference. However for a home studio, this unit is the biggest bang for your buck out there. The unit works well on mostly any source.
